Cindy Nafpliotis

 Hello, my name is Cindy Nafpliotis. This is my second year at UAF and I am excited to start the semester! I am majoring in education and hope to be a special ed teacher by the end of college. I enjoy traveling, I try to travel at least once a year and this year my family and I are doing a road trip in November. I also enjoy reading, I like to read fiction, especially when it's cold outside. I am not a big fan of the snow and hope to be out of Alaska within the next six years or so and head somewhere that summer lasts all year long. In my spare time I enjoy doing yoga and running, as well as watching T.V., my favorite show to watch is Gilmore Girls and I like to run outside in the summer. I don't have a strong connection with art, I've never been into drawing, but I do enjoy going to art museums and my brother is a really good artist. I do admire people who are good with art and know how to create such beautiful images. I am not a big fan of modern art, I enjoy more of a re
